About the Opportunity
The Laboratory Technician will provide technical support to senior technicians and professionals undertaking commercial work for industry clients and research projects on process development, with particular emphasis on solvent extraction and ion exchange techniques
Your Duties and Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct solvent extraction and ion exchange experiments, producing high‑quality, reproducible data that is accurately recorded and ready for reporting.
- Set up and operate laboratory equipment effectively, and support troubleshooting of equipment when required.
- Plan and schedule daily work, managing multiple tasks and adjusting priorities as needed to meet project deadlines and changing client requirements.
- Contribute to research and commercial projects by working as part of project teams to deliver laboratory and pilot‑plant activities that align with project objectives.
